SalesSphere Talent is a marketplace connecting sales professionals ("candidates") with companies seeking sales talent ("employers"). Our platform facilitates job matching, candidate verification, and recruitment communications in Thailand and Southeast Asia.
2. Candidate Responsibilities
As a candidate using our Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in your profile and applications
- Refrain from misrepresenting your qualifications, experience, or sales performance metrics
3. Employer Responsibilities
As an employer using our Service, you agree to:
- Post job listings that are genuine, lawful, and free from discriminatory content
- Ensure that all information provided about roles, compensation, and company details is accurate and truthful
4. Prohibited Activities
You must not engage in any of the following activities on our platform:
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of our Service
- Using automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to collect data from our platform without written authorization
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Albaly Group Co., Ltd. (Thailand) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
